SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the text messaging program operated by Stag Capital Companies, operating as Stag Business Brokers (“Stag Business Brokers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business Identity and Program Description

Stag Capital Companies, operating as Stag Business Brokers, provides business brokerage and related advisory services. By opting into our SMS messaging program, you may receive informational and limited promotional text messages that are directly related to customer-initiated or customer-approved interactions.

Messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders (consultations, discovery calls, meetings)

  • Follow-ups related to your inquiry or requested services
